  1. I love my Thermomix! When my family gave me mine as a gift, I thought that is was too costly and extravagant! Now, having used it to make sorbet, cappucinno, soups, stir-fries, sauces, bread and more I'm not sure
how I lived without it! I use it every day! It has replaced my mixer, blender, food processor, juicer and I rarely use my stovetop. I have the Thermomix as my only small appliance in my kitchen! The food is healthy, nutritious and can be prepared and cooked quickly. It is easy enough for my teenage daughters to use and clean!
I can't wait to try more recipes and to try some of my old favourites too! Highly recommended!

  2. I am always looking for ways to simplify my life and enjoy more time with my family. The Thermomix answers
this call. It delivers in time saving in so many ways. I save time during prep, cooking and cleaning! I love the easy directions
and the consistent results. As I get more comfortable with the machine I am incorporating my own recipes and making new
ones. I love the health benefits of all the steaming and the fresh ingredients. It takes the pressure off and now I truly can produce
healthy foods in a minimal effort and time frame. Love it!

  3. I LOVE my thermomix and use it everyday for something. Imagine making delicious, healthy soup with just a vegetable, some water, a bit of grated parmesan cheese and that's it? I like grating a pound of mozzarella or cheddar in a few seconds or chopping the veggies for stews, casseroles etc. I used it last fall to puree my tomatoes for canning before pushing them through the press to remove the skin and seeds. I make most of my own condiments in the thermomix. I hate throwing anything out. When I have extra fresh bunches of cilantro, basil or parsley I make frozen flavour cubes. To fresh herbs add a bit of EVOO or grape seed oil and maybe lime or lemon juice or hot peppers....whirl it up then freeze in ice cube trays. I always have flavouring cubes on hand to pop into everything from chili to salad dressings to eggs. The thermomix makes wonderful sauces like hollandaise, bechamel, espagnole and tomato. And custards like creme brulee, pana cotta, flans, ice cream bases are effortless and hands free. It makes perfect grains too. It's a work horse in my kitchen.

  4. I was shocked at how much time I am saving in chopping and mixing, not
having to stand watching things cook on the stove while trying to keep
the temperature just right on the stove. It is amazing to put
everything in the Thermomix and then be able to walk away from the
kitchen, knowing that things will be cooked perfectly. The simplicity
of the Thermomix has also gotten me cooking things I have always wanted
to cook but never wanted to take the time or effort. A salad that use
to take me 15 mins of chopping, mixing, etc now takes about 30 seconds.
    Love it!!

  5. I am simply in love with my Thermomix! I was quite sceptical about this machine when I first heard about it but the first time I saw a demo at Hayley Voglers I was convinced. It has seriously made my life so much easier being a mother of a 3 year old daughter and a 1 year old son! I have grown up believing that healthy homemade organic local food is the best way of eating in life. I am simply overjoyed to be able to prepare, cook and eat everything from scratch without additives / perservatives and for less money!!! This is in my opinion the way of the future especially in our busy fast paced culture. I am in love :)
Thank you Hayley for bringing this into my life.
    Most grateful:) Anna Gillespie RN
