Five Seed Bread
Ingredients

500 g bakers flour
·
2 tsp dry yeast
·
1 tsp salt
·
50 g oats
·
30 g sesame seeds
·
30 g flax seeds
·
30 g pumpkin seeds
·
30 g poppy seeds
·
30 g sunflower seeds
·
30 g honey
·
30 g olive oil
·
500 g lukewarm water
Instructions
1.
Pre-heat oven to 350
2.
Place all ingredients in TM bowl. Set dial to closed lid position and knead for
2 ½ minutes on interval speed.
3.
Scrape into 20 cm square, greased baking
dish. Sprinkle top with mixture of above
seeds. Set aside in warm place and let rise for 25-30 minutes. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes.
4.
Allow to cool in tin before unmoulding and
slicing.
General Tips
This dough is very sticky but do not add more flour. You will get a lovely light rise and a
beautiful moist finish to the loaf.
Allow the dough to rise to the top of the tin before baking.
