Cappuccino


CAPPUCCINO

 

 

This recipe is from Everyday Cooking for Every Family.  This is a staple in our house!

Ingredients             

·         1000 g skim or 1% milk

·         3 tbsp Instant Coffee

·         1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

·         1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

1.       Place all ingredients in TM bowl and cook for 7 minutes at 80 degrees, speed 4

2.       For the last 20 seconds increase to speed 8

Peanut Butter

Freshly made peanut butter is so very easy in your Thermomix!



Ingredients

·         500 grams roasted and lightly salted peanuts

·         2 – 3 tbsp oil (I use Coconut Oil)

Instructions

1.       Place peanuts in TM bowl and process on speed 9 for 30 seconds.  Scrape down sides of bowl.

2.       Add oil and mix on speed 5 for 90 seconds.  Scrape down the sides of bowl, and continue to blend on speed 5 in 30 second intervals until you reach desired consistency (this should not take longer than 5 minutes total). 

General Tips

Store in a sterilized jar and keep in the fridge for up to a month.
